Summary

Aside from the company’s policies, this manager has one rule and one rule only: Keep your underwear covered. Is she an a*hole for sending another woman employee home to change clothes? She doesn’t tolerate visible underwear, and this is a known personal policy of hers enforced amongst all her employees. She sits behind this one employee and always sees her bra straps. Usually, she'll address it and then leave it alone but, on this day, our Bert Show listener had enough. The employee wore a turtleneck sleeveless dress, one that reminded the manager of a dress she had of her own. However, her bra straps were showing, and the manager sent her home to change.
