Hey Ananga, it's so good to come back together with you again after a little bit of a hiatus to record another Slayer session and a subject that I think is a really great topic that we haven't talked about before and that is about anxiety while driving.

We had a listener send us an email and here's what she said.

I would love to hear about tips for calming anxiety while driving, especially on the interstate.

I've been struggling with that for a while.

I've driven thousands of miles in the past, but had a panic attack once while driving about 18 months ago and have been struggling with overcoming

it ever since.

It's been really limiting for me.

I've done EFT Tapping, which has helped prior to driving, but I'm interested in controlling the anxiety

while I'm actually driving the car.

So that is our question for today that we'll be discussing and would love to get your ideas about how she can help with anxiety while driving her car.

I think there's a couple of things there.

One is to really do some pre-work before you get in the car to drive to even in

your home before you drive, run through the route, run through where you're going in your

head and use the EFT tapping whilst you're doing that. I know a listener saying she's already done some tapping and that's really great.

But there's always more you can do and there's always more ways of playing with EFT and more ways to get more specific with what's worrying you. So if I were in that

situation I would sit in my chair at home and imagine I was doing the

particular journey that I needed to do that day and I would look out for any tension spots in my body

was there any tenseness in my jaw my stomach my shoulders was my body giving me any

feedback in anticipation to doing that journey and then I would tap that through and
