was that we wanted to share a little bit more about EFT tapping and how you can clear trauma with EFT.

So I thought we would start with that this week.

upset is in the past so they don't become a part of our future. They stay as a piece of

our history. Let's talk a little bit about what we can do after experiencing a panic attack

when driving and how we can come back to center and help ourselves as much as possible as we move forward and think about our next

driving situation, our next trip.

Sure, I think EFT makes it surprisingly easy to go back and make these things feel more comfortable for us and I think one of the easiest way to do that is to use the power of location.

A lot of us when we have an upsetting or a significant

emotional experience in our lives, if we think about it, we will see where that

happened. The location and the place gets tied in with the memory.

So we can use that to our advantage.

And one way to do that is if you've experienced an uncomfortable situation in a particular place is to ask a friend to take you back there.

So if you're driving the car and you've had an unpleasant experience or a panic attack in a certain

situation, then if you can revisit the place with a friend.

Park up somewhere safe and nearby or I'll have the friend be driving through that place and you just tap,
