So how did this all begin for you?

Like were you into this ever since you were a little kid or when did it spark?

No, so I kind of wish I could tell people a story romantic story that I've been interested in plants since I was young

But to be honest for me it really started when I was 22

So I was going through a difficult period in my life and I was lucky enough to land a job working with a three-year-old child.

So I was his one- one support worker and part of his daily routine was to take the

compost from the classroom to the bin and he hated doing this, he was like kicking and screaming.

You know, it was like 20 steps, but

I became really interested in the composting process

and right next to the school I was working at was a vegetable garden.
