0:53.0	So how did this all begin for you?
0:55.0	Like were you into this ever since you were a little kid or when did it spark?
1:00.0	No, so I kind of wish I could tell people a story romantic story that I've been interested in plants since I was young
1:06.9	But to be honest for me it really started when I was 22
1:10.1	So I was going through a difficult period in my life and I was lucky enough to land a job working with a three-year-old child.
1:20.0	So I was his one- one support worker and part of his daily routine was to take the
1:27.5	compost from the classroom to the bin and he hated doing this, he was like kicking and screaming.
1:34.0	You know, it was like 20 steps, but
1:37.0	I became really interested in the composting process
1:41.0	and right next to the school I was working at was a vegetable garden.
