1:00.4	on what the Western Massachusetts chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club is?
1:04.7	Sure, and if you ever had the chance to Google AMC, you immediately will get the movie

1:11.7	But the Appalachian Mountain Club itself is actually an organization built around families
1:16.5	and conservation for almost 150 years, which is pretty cool.
1:21.0	The Berkshire chapter, as it was founded in 1929, has existed as kind of a quiet little
1:29.1	chapter that was founded for people to have fun on the weekends that wanted to hang out
1:33.7	in the Berkshire's.
1:34.9	And as a last year, we did some research and we said we're not being very equitable or
1:40.8	diverse.
