We all have had heartaches over various circumstances or situations in our lives and

the book of Proverbs is not immune to the realities of life.

It doesn't just talk about pie in the sky happy things it also deals with the realities

of what we go through in planet earth and it's going to give us some basic wisdom about

where we find ourselves in those times of heartache.

Let's look at verse 10, verse 13, verse 30 of Proverbs chapter 14.

Verse 10 says the heart knows its own bitterness and no stranger shares its joy.

Verse 13, even in laughter the heart may ache and the end of joy may be grief.

In verse 30 a tranquil heart gives life to the flesh but envy makes the bones rot.
