United Health Care. What is your experience with United Health Care, if you have any?

Yeah. So, I mean, I've had some experience with United Health Care. You know, when we're,

when we have patients, so this is like more when I was like at Mass General and McLean, where

we sort of understood that some health insurances are harder to work with.

Some health insurances, especially when it comes to mental health care, are like more or less prone to deny care.

So generally speaking, you know, when we saw a patient with United Health Care, we knew that there was going to be somewhat of an uphill battle about sort of getting coverage and days extended and things like that if people needed longer inpatient's days.

You know, I did not interact with United Healthcare directly very much.

Sometimes I would hop on, you know, a call to approve a certain kind of treatment with one of their, like, in a more escalated fashion.

With the story that's been coming out and you've observed, I'm guessing, the discourse public around United Healthcare the american health care insurance industry and the shooting of the
