Summary
Lo is joined by his close friend, model and actress Alexis Gaube for a special snack segment. The 2 bonded early on in their friendship over shared experiences watching TV shows that would shape them into the quick witted, slightly twisted hot messes they are today. On this week's episode they review snacks, speak candidly about a recent health scare and review their favorite spring snacks
This episode is filled with heart, laughter and feels like a shot of serotonin for the soul.

And I got into the habit of journaling every single night before I would go to bed. I would do a good old fashioned brain drain. That's what I call it. Just to sit with my thoughts for a minute, pen to paper, write out some feelings, some thoughts. It's good for me to check in with myself because I've realized that I spend a lot of my time checking in on other people, and I want to make sure everybody's okay in my life. My loved ones, my friends, my clients, but sometimes I end up neglecting myself. Actually, a lot of times I end up doing that. So journaling was a way for me to hold myself accountable, to check in with myself, to track my feelings and my emotions. And I did notice a big difference in my mental health. So I fell off the wagon for |
