And for me, it's one of those things where you think you're okay

and you're resting perhaps after a busy time and your mind all of a sudden just starts

flaring up it's like your own mind is haunting you it's kicking you these really unwanted thoughts what about this

this wrong with you or that wrong with you? And immediately you feel it in your nervous system and

your stomach feels sick and it causes these horrible adrenaline surges and it's something to be honest I still
