And the way the light and shadow dances as the leaves blow gently in the breeze, getting a sense of how that would feel.

The air, the way it smells, the sound of your feet walking along as you breathe in that dank green air.

And exhale worries, exhaling cares and frets. And as you walk along the gentle, curving path through the tall ancient trees, you find the forest gives way to a beautiful field of the most gorgeous flowers.
