Emotions tell the truth. Thoughts and stories are not always true. Thoughts on Breathing Breathing gets me back into my body. Breathing is spirit. It is the essence of who we are. Just breathing sensors me and grounds me. But that's not where I felt the most damage. I believe it's because I created a story about the bullying. I created a story that I was different and that I was unloveable. We know that through the Law of Attraction, what we hold is mirrored back to us. It's like a magnet. So if I feel different, I'm going to bring all those experiences into my life. The day before I married my husband, of course, because I felt different, I attracted a man who was totally different from me. The night before our wedding, a relative of his said, your mother-in-law is really upset because you're Catholic, your father-in-law is really upset because you're Asian. That really hurt me. So I refused to ever spend time with my husband's relative who said that.
