Summary

Today I have an anonymous guest on the show and we dive into helping him heal some of his childhood trauma. You'll learn about the impact that loss and trauma can have in our childhood. This episode is a great resource as an example of what it can look like for someone to get into the core of their own emotions as well as the ramifications of not dealing with these emotions in childhood. It’s a powerful opportunity to see the correlation of our past pain and our current situation.   Are you looking to find your purpose, navigate transition or fix your relationships, all with a powerful group of men from around the world? 1:00.1

themselves from their purpose, where they are holding themselves back from creating what they

1:04.8

ultimately want in life and to guide them on the path of being able to claim their own self-leadership, their own power,

1:13.0

and their own compass, their own internal direction. So on today's show, I have a guest who has

1:20.2

been struggling with a few things. One, he's married in a relationship, and he's been in a

1:25.4

relationship for six years, married for three. They have started to talk about kids and he's been in a relationship for six years, married for three.

1:28.8

1:41.5

and some of the challenges that come up in conflict between the two of them.

1:46.6

And we look at this individual's relationship to his mom.

1:51.5

And we start to unpack and heal through some of the trauma, some of the wounding and pain

1:59.1

that he acquired in childhood that is showing up in his relationship today.

2:04.2

So this includes a little bit of family of origin work. It includes some shadow work,

2:08.8

some gestalt, a little bit of positive psychology, some cognitive behavioral therapy mixed

2:15.7

in there. It's really an amalgamation of a bunch of different therapeutic modalities.
