Include a water element in your meditation space this week. A bowl of water with a floating flower, or a fountain is soothing to your soul. Spend time near water this week and soak in its healing elements.

Well, this week, I thought that it could be a special reward for yourself.

And so what I have done is I have a collection of beach meditations where water is the element to soothe your mind, body, and soul.

This has always been a popular series, and so I present it to you today and throughout this week.

I also will be immersed with you in beach meditations. And what I recommend

you consider is to perhaps add a water feature to your home or your meditation space. Water has

always been soothing and nourishing and the sound of water can instantly calm you.

When I recorded this beach meditation water series, I didn't offer challenges.

That's a new feature that I added. I continuously add and enhance the series to make it just right for you.

Well, I do have a challenge for you, and that is, as I just shared, to add a water element to

your home. And this could even be to have a beautiful bowl of water and maybe to place some beautiful

stones or something that floats, maybe even a flower that is floating on the water. This can be so

soothing. And water is one of those elements that instantly calms and also refreshes you so that is

your challenge and if you don't have the opportunity to include a water feature in your home

consider spending time near water maybe it's a lake or a pond, spend time near water.

When you sit near water and especially if you reflect or do a breathing technique, it is very

calming and it can help provide you clarity as well.
