I know very little about it in America,

except for when you make the claim, nobody checks it.

You just show up as an influencer.

It's odd, but I'm of an age that it doesn't really touch me.

My idea of being influenced is reading the Milwaukee Tool catalog.

Okay, I'm old-fashioned.

However, there is an influencer I learn from Top A Times who's out of control or being controlled, unclear.

We're joined by Mark Simon to help us translate all of these matters.

He's in Taiwan, and this is the Taipei Times, the capital of Taiwan, and the man's name

is Holger Chen.

And I'll read the headline because it requires a lot of attention.

Streamer probe for calling for the decapitation of lie.

The Criminal Investigation Bureau yesterday said it was investigating Internet personality,

Holger Chen, after he allegedly called for the decapitation of President William Lye during a live stream

on Sunday. Mark, this man, Hoger Chen. I meet him for the first time. There's a photograph of him

and above him in the sky. I guess this is his internet broadcast is the word notorious. Who the heck is he?

Good evening. How are you, gentlemen? Hoger has been around for a while here in Taipei. He shows up at various pro-KMT events, anything where he can get attention. For Americans, he is kind of the classic look at me influencer, not very bright in some of his statements.

He went over the line by just Taipei cultural and legal standards, I think, calling for the decapitation of the president.
