what to do when the guy that you just started dating wants to go back to being friends again and take things slow.

So let me get started by reading you today's question.

Hi, Amber. We've been exclusively dating since late October.

Come December, we spent holidays far from each other.

We didn't get to meet up for like a month.

When I got back in January, everything was still normal. Nothing really changed. But last Friday,

he suddenly wanted to talk to me out of nowhere. He sounded so serious. That's when he ended things

about us through the phone, telling me that we weren't really compatible with one another and that

we're totally different people. He said he's been acting so different to the point that it's not

natural anymore. We talked in person that night and left one another at midnight. Then, an hour

later, he called asking me if he could come back to my house, only to tell me he's sorry and that he

wants a fresh start. He told me he wants

to take things slow this time and that we should start off as friends again. How do I deal with this?

So basically we dated for three months and yeah, I agree things went by so fast and on the third

month he wants to go back as friends and take things slow this time, hoping that things will get

better the second time around.
