felt I needed to get dressed up to listen to oral arguments in the United States

Supreme Court about the Constitution. I mean this shows the difference between

the two of us I put on a dog shirt

with wearing sunglasses and showing the victory sign and listen to the oral

argument while walking from my house to Brookings.

Sykes position, your view has been, this is an excellent theoretical legal argument something that I

understand why law professors of the left and right would be very interested in and I can totally understand why it makes for great law review articles and even

op-eds and historical exegesises in magazine articles and whatnot about you know all kinds of things

but but if you actually put it in front of the Supreme Court you're going to get something like a nine to nothing opinion that says
