Guys, what are the bets as far as how Mikey's going to handle hot yoga today?

Not well.

So Jackson and Mikey have created a bit called Mikey Likey, Mikey No Likey.

And he's supposed to like, you know, get outside of his comfort zone try new things and

today he is trying hot yoga for the first time and he is going with me to yonder

yoga so I texted him on. I sent him the details on the

class. I sent him the location and I said get there 10 minutes beforehand. I'm

going to secure you a mat. I also told him we're going to be in the back corner of the class so he's not like going to be front row Joe or anything.

So we're going to be tucked away in the back corner. Not so much for our sake, but I think for everybody else in the class's sake so they don't have to be

distracted by a person who's never done yoga before trying to attempt this.

I also told him, make sure you bring a water bottle, a hand towel to wipe your sweat, and then I also sent him some beginner yoga poses.
