Do you ever have that moment where you discover a book and you're like, wow, I just, I simply never looked at a life situation in this way before?

That's what happened to me when I read Dr. Alexander Stockwell's

incredible book Uncompromising Intimacy. She is an intimate marriage expert and

she speaks so openly and lovingly about maintaining passion

and communication and a lot of frankly spice enjoy in long-term relationships and if you followed my

work for a while you know that I don't believe in just settling for you know hey you know this is fine this is

enough we want to experience joy and pleasure and miraculous things in our life and a huge source of that can be the person that we spend our life with.

And reading Dr. Alexander's book has been so incredible for me because I start to look at my marriage

differently I become more curious more playful more connected and you are really

in for a treat with this interview.

Because Alexandra is, she's so wise,

she's so connected to herself, she's so connected to her husband.

She cares about people, she cares about love, she cares about longevity and passion.

And I think that this is something that we owe ourselves and the people we love, the attention and the focus and the openness that we can bring to paying attention to a conversation like this one.

podcast and watching your YouTube's it does feel so much like a conversation with you

and so to be able to talk back, so to speak, is really exciting. And the other thing that I'm just thrilled about is letting it be easy in the context of long-term passionate relationships. I think letting it be easy.
