Summary

Dann and Richard Allen started the nonprofit, Saving the Old Properties to instill an appreciation of history through the acquisition, restoration, and preservation of endangered historical buildings with architectural significance in the State of Indiana before they are destroyed by time or developers.

Many of these buildings remain occupied by their previous inhabitants, ghosts. Not only do they offer historical tours in several of their properties, but they are also open for paranormal investigations.

In this episode, we’ll continue our conversation about the properties and hauntings with Richard Allen with Saving the Old Properties, Kate Thornberg, General Manager, and Ted Martin, Historian.
