Harvard University and the Trump administration will have a hearing over their foreign students

battle today. The Ivy League School is suing the administration, after it banned the college

from enrolling international students. In an order, a court has now halted. Meanwhile, sources say the Trump

administration is planning to direct federal agencies to cancel the government's contracts with

Harvard, which are worth roughly $100 million. Trump also threatened to cut off $3 billion in federal

grant funding over Harvard's handling of anti-Israel

protests.

We give them billions of dollars, which is ridiculous.

We do grants, which we're probably not going to be doing much grants anymore to Harvard.

Yesterday, Trump posted on Truth Social that he was considering giving the money to trade

schools instead. Harvard's president

told NPR that the administration's moves to cut funding are, quote, perplexing, and said that

cutting high-priority research hurts Harvard but doesn't help the country.
