So I got Harris on sometime last year.

Harris is a script writer and now director in Hollywood.

He has co-written films such as Juice Spigolo

male jiggolo, and he also wrote the mental health film called Numb which was based on his

own experiences of mental health and we go into the the kind of the insights behind those

films his

ocyd story his journey in the first episode in this one it's more of a

wide-ranging conversation where we touch on many topics but we get an update on where he's at in his

mental health he talks about relapse and relapse in his own life

recently we talk about stress and the importance of keeping that low and how we managed to do so

And then we go into the general sort of questions are the biggest epiphany in recovery

Biggest roadblock how he overcame it Yeah, there's just in Recovery,

over came it.

Yeah, there's just, so we covered so much, it's hard to really summarize it, but as always, it was a pleasure to talk

with Harris.
