something that's important, at least at our company and a lot of other businesses too, is that

your employees, your top candidates, they're always pursuing opportunities to make themselves

better. They're always trying to grow and improve themselves. So you might want to ask them,

what's a skill that you'd like to improve upon? And just hear about, you know, what's their

self-awareness? Like, how are they able to judge themselves now?

Are they aware of their gaps? What are the steps that they're taking to actually improve and hone in on these skills? I think that's a really awesome interview question, too.
