I just say, okay, well, what's the new situation? How can I be helpful? That's the question.

You always have to ask yourself when you're being overrun by new tech or a big competitor or

something. You ask yourself, what do they still need? And how can I offer that to them? How can I be

useful and helpful with who I am and what I know and what I want to do all day?

And I love the research side of my business. I've always enjoyed talking to customers. I've interviewed thousands of customers for hundreds of companies.

And it's always fascinating. It's always fun. I always learn things. I can always

go back to the people in the company and say, you know what? This is what they want. You think it's this.

You told me, this is what you thought was important. I interviewed customers and they're like, yeah, okay, fine.

Everybody does that. This is why we bought from them.

if they're a team member, a client, potential business partner, just somebody that we know who

that really holds true and is something that should be held more important. It's never more
