1:18.7	Time's just speeding up and slowing down and swirling around.

1:31.9	It's like an anchor point in the chaos of it all.
1:35.6	And maybe it would be like that for other people.
1:40.9	Maybe listening to this show could feel like some kind of anchoring point.

1:53.0	It has felt like a particularly challenging period.
