welcome, all the rest of y'all, what's up? I'm curious, is life feeling more like a wonder or a burden today?

I imagine somewhere in between and likely difficult to distinguish between them from time to time.

But it's certainly a question worth asking.

I mean, we could try to avoid it for a time.

In fact, these days it's probably quite easy to do that.

Just plug into the metaverse, outsource our perceptive faculties to our phones,

and just avoid it all together.

I don't know, though. Eventually, you're going to have to face it.

And I've been finding that if I want to stay with joy, I'm going to have to brave the darkness.

There's certainly a lot of darkness to be brave these days, my friends. Don't let my playful vibe fool you. I don't want you to think that everything's been

going great because it's not like everything's been going great. I mean, some things are going

great, but a lot of other things are not. I've been getting a real crash course in childhood anxiety disorders and how to treat them.
