Okay, here we are. This is Jay Brown Yoga Talks podcast. My name is Jay Brown. Welcome to you if you're new. Thanks to all the rest of y'all. We are flying by the seat of our pants this week, my friends. I am not at home. I am in North Garden, Virginia. Longtime listeners know I have in-laws who live here. Normally, I do not make

0:41.0

the trip at Easter. Often my wife will take my daughters and I get to have a pass. I stay home.

0:49.5

And this year, honestly, we were not sure if we were going to make any trip here. If you've been around,

0:57.2

you know there's been a lot going on, but we decided to do it and it didn't feel right to make

1:03.3

my wife do it all on her own. So here I am. I'm in North Garden, Virginia, and I have literally

1:49.8

normally have had to get my head into a good place or think about anything I might want to talk

1:56.7

about or do any of the normal rituals I would do in preparation to record this intro.

2:03.9

So I am just rolling with it.

2:07.6

Sometimes this is what we have to do.

2:11.6

And fortunately, I have an amazing talk to share with you today.

2:17.3

So even if this intro is subpar,

2:20.4

I feel very confident that my talk today with Indu Aurora

2:25.0

will make up for any shortcomings.

2:28.9

If you've been around, you know that I started an online teacher training

2:34.0

at the beginning of the year.

2:36.3

And it's been a real process for me of re-evaluation. I did teacher trainings for many years in the

2:41.6

past and I swarm off and then coming back to engaging with people in study.

2:57.9

It involved me wanting to be clear about what I know, what I don't know,
