| 0:20.9 | loving kindness and compassion. And as you've gone through this series you've been |
| 0:26.4 | guided through the five stages of loving kindness. So loving kindness is something you cultivate. It doesn't always come naturally. |
| 0:38.7 | Think about this. Is it easy to send compassion or loving kindness to the people who you find toxic or |
| 0:50.2 | towards a situation that you do not agree with or you may even think is harmful. |

| 2:40.0 | And this is one of the greatest battles on the planet. |
| 2:47.0 | It's your inner battle, where you allow yourself to let go of different triggering reactions that take you away from who you are and instead you become stronger in who you are when you are faced with |
| 3:08.5 | toxicity. So this week you have explored the five stages of loving kindness beginning with loving kindness for yourself. |
| 3:19.4 | That's where it all begins. You must cultivate loving kindness with yourself in order to share |
| 3:26.8 | it with others. Then you moved on to loving kindness with friends. And this is rather easy to do to share |
