Today I speak with Reggie Ray.

Reggie is carrying on the lineage of the great Tibetan Buddhist meditation teacher

Chogim Trumpurimpeche.

On the faculty of Naropa University since its inception,

he is president and spiritual director of the Darma Ocean Foundation, based in Crestone, Colorado.

He's the author of several books, including Touching Enlightenment,

Finding Realization in the Body, as well as the Sounds True Audio Learning Programs, meditating with the body and Buddhist

Tantra. As a personal student of Reggie Ray, he and I decided that for this
