Happy New Year, I don't think I've seen you in 2024. I don't know. It's been teaching, traveling, and I've been sick for a while for a long while.

can we be okay with whatever is

whatever is happening in this moment in this body right now.

Just a radical acceptance.

Can we start with radical acceptance of all the causes and conditions that have come to be in this way,

things as they have come to be in this way, things as they have things to be just as they are, whatever is happening in this body and this heart and this mind in this moment.
