Great. So hello, hello everyone. Hello and welcome to Happy Hour. I hope you are well wherever you are in the world.

So for today's practice I wanted to introduce,

actually first before introducing the theme, I wanted to introduce an experiment for us to do.

And the experiment is a very simple one.

So some of you might already be familiar, especially if you're a psychologist and might be familiar with this test.

And so many of you may not be anyway, it's called the L test. So I'll describe what it is and we'll just do it each of us will do it for ourselves because it can help us

Know a little more about ourselves to support us with our practice. So, the L test is, the invitation is,

you know, the letter capital L in English, right, the letter capital L. So the experiment is this. Each of you are invited to use your

thumb and forefinger, okay, and make a letter L on your forehead.

That's the experiment.

So go ahead and do it.

Just do it so that you've done it.

I won't do it. Okay, do the experiment, do it,

just okay, great, do it, hold it, hold it, hold it after you've, okay, the L, okay,

all right, so note to which hand you using, are you using your right hand or your left hand?

Everyone has noted which hand you're using? Okay, great. Now you can bring down your hand, Great. Okay. You've noted which hand you're using great and it doesn't matter. We're not testing each other you know hopefully remember it doesn't, this is information for your own sake.

So, so there is correlation, again, this is, there's correlation,

this is not 100%, so some correlation.
