Great. So hello, hello everyone. Hello and welcome to Happy Hour. I hope you are well wherever you are in the world.

So for today's practice I wanted to introduce,

actually first before introducing the theme, I wanted to introduce an experiment for us to do.

And the experiment is a very simple one.

So some of you might already be familiar, especially if you're a psychologist and might be familiar with this test.

And so many of you may not be anyway, it's called the L test. So I'll describe what it is and we'll just do it each of us will do it for ourselves because it can help us

Know a little more about ourselves to support us with our practice. So, the L test is, the invitation is,

you know, the letter capital L in English, right, the letter capital L. So the experiment is this. Each of you are invited to use your

thumb and forefinger, okay, and make a letter L on your forehead.
