So today is day three of our exploration of this topic.

Sadah, Sadah in Polly.

The word Sadah in Polly, translated as, actually I'll put it in chat again, Sata, here we go.

Translated as. translated as trust or confidence and a quick recap of the past couple days. We talked about, we explored how trust confidence in the practice in the path. let's just say trust, Sada is necessary for beginning the practice,

for starting it and also for continuing, for not stopping.

And then yesterday, the second day,

we explored how trust in the triple jewel, which is the classical language, the triple jewel, the Buddha,

darma and sanga, is important for this path and is, and I unpack that and very briefly the

but trust in the Buddha can show up as oh somebody woke up somebody did

practice and really develop these beautiful qualities.

A human being just like me, so can I, so can I trust in the teachings, at their recipes.

There's ways to do this and trust in the

Sanga, in the community, supported the community. We're not doing this alone and

many many people have done this and I can too and I brought in a musical similarly learning to play a

musical instrument such as the cello and the

music books and music classes and music, you know, scales and practicing available
