So, so hello, hello, hello to everyone.

Tonight, especially the hellos are very sweet.

They're coming fast and lovingly, not fast and furiously, but fast and loving from different places in the world, very sweet.

So, so for today's theme, I'd like to invite us to engage with the practice of bringing loving kindness, meta, and ETTA in polymeta, loving kindness.

It's also translated as friendliness, care, one part of this acceptance. It's a sense of open heartedness.

We're bringing kindness with, together with self-inquiry, self-inquiry or inquiry.

So inquiry is one of the seven factors of awakening.

You know, the factor is in poly, it's Dhamma Vijaya, which is inquire, which is, which is interest, which is this curiosity, where you are being interested in a topic.

You're curious, you're asking questions in a very gentle way.

And yet, it's, it's an open mind that is interested.

So, so I'd like to invite us to actually bring these two teachings together tonight.

We haven't done this in a happy hour before. So, so here's the invitation. There's so many ways that this could be approached.

Dhamma Vijaya is, is actually this, this investigation, this, this, um,

character, this, this, this, uh,

Chaitaseko or a mind factor. It's a mind factor. It's a mental factor of investigation curiosity.

And it could be turned external and it could be turned internal internal external.

It could be turned to ourselves, whatever we take ourselves, whatever we take ourselves to be.

It could also be turned externally. We can get phenomena, external phenomena.

So it's, it's Dhamma Vijaya, this, this factor, this factor of investigation is both internal and external.
