0:23.0	And then this is the awkward part where I have to talk non-stop while you.

0:46.0	I'm sitting here with a little bit of a heavy heart about what's happening in the world.
0:55.0	Yeah, just to acknowledge that.
1:07.0	And the emotions, right, that emotions arise.
1:11.0	It's part of being human.
1:18.0	And this practice offers, how can we find freedom
1:24.0	in the midst of emotions with the emotions?
1:30.0	I know there was a time in my life when I thought, oh, freedom meant I wouldn't have any emotions.
1:36.0	They were too messy and just got in the way.
1:44.0	And I had no small part in my deciding to become a research scientist early in my life.
1:50.0	Because I thought, oh, you know, scientists, clearly they don't have emotions.
1:59.0	Turns out to be ridiculous, but let's certainly know what I've figured or what I thought.
