| 0:48.4 | the practice of compassion, of course, with stability, with equanimity, with a stable base of care. So I like to continue with the practice of compassion. |
| 0:58.1 | It just feels appropriate to me. So let's practice together. Let's shift into our meditation posture. arriving in our bodies, arriving in this moment in time. Softening relaxing the body. |
| 1:40.0 | Relaxing the body. taking a moment of refuge, taking this time for refuge. away from the business and the demands of the world. First to settle. |

| 2:17.0 | First and foremost to settle. You're not going to be here. feeling our feet grounded on the earth as if we were a well-rooted tree. |
| 2:51.0 | Feeling ourselves well-rooted, connected to the earth. You're not going to see. And we put down in this moment let go of worries, concerns just to become more available. |
| 3:39.0 | Connecting with the breath, |
| 3:41.0 | the in-breath, the out-breath, the sensations of the body. |
| 3:45.0 | This moment of being alive, however it's showing up for us, |
| 4:07.7 | as if it were our last moment on the earth, so precious, not taking it for granted, not just another moment of being alive in the midst of many moments, but appreciating the gravity of being alive in this moment. |
| 4:20.0 | And really inhabiting, inhabiting our body, inhabiting our body inhabiting our humanity, our fullness. |
| 4:30.0 | Not the same patterns over and over, but really taking our seat. And I take my seat in this moment. |
| 4:50.0 | And I take my seat in this moment. |
| 4:59.1 | Relax into it and yet really take my seat. As if my life really matters, as it does. You're not going to see. I'm taking a few minutes. |
| 5:44.0 | I'm taking a few minutes, simply connect with each in-breath and out-breath. |
| 5:59.0 | With the entire in- breath and not breath. coming fully present. You're going to. You're going to. You're going to. And we settle in, settle in more. |
