Health IQ. Hey friends, do you ever feel guilty about your parenting? You're worried that maybe you're

0:10.7

screwing your kids up so much that they're going to have to go to years of therapy to recover?

Well, the funny thing is, I am leading a retreat. So that means I'm in Florida right now, away from my family,

0:22.9

which is pretty amazing. It's not only 30 degrees warmer here, but I get to sleep in and I'm

stories from all those heal your heart women and thinking of all of my shortcomings as a parent

1:21.8

and feeling guiltier and guiltier. And of course, my kids are over a thousand miles away and I can't do anything about it

1:29.5

except send them, send them a text and say, hey, I love you guys. I'm sorry for all the things I do

1:34.5

wrong as a mom. I'll keep trying. Well, we're going to have a quick break for our sponsor. And then

1:39.3

I'm going to come back and tell you what I do to create a vision for the mom I want to be instead of wallowing

1:46.4

in all of my mistakes. And that makes all the difference for moving forward and being a better

1:51.0

mom. Okay, welcome back. I promise to tell you how I create a clear vision of the mom I want to be

1:57.6

rather than wallowing in all of my mistakes. Now, we all have moments where we have
