Hey friends, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. I want to talk about health, the final frontier.

0:07.0

The fact is, none of us are getting out of this life alive, but we can expand that frontier a little bit

0:13.0

or increase the odds of a longer time here by focusing on our health. And if you listen to our

0:19.9

episode earlier this week, episode

0:21.5

190 with Jillian Gertzen, health does not necessarily mean weight or BMI or any of those

0:28.2

other numbers your doctor might focus on. Instead, it can mean whatever health means to you,

0:33.6

because I have gotten it from exercise and I have gotten it from de-stressing in a bath and I've

1:21.4

gotten it by connecting with my husband or the point I'm making is health can mean whatever

1:26.9

we want it to mean. Now, I'm going to share

1:29.6

one thing that health means to me right now. And I recognize it can change over time. And I'm just

1:34.7

sharing it as an example of listening to your intuition in terms of health. This one is very

1:41.6

personal and private to me. It has some embarrassing elements to the story.

1:46.7

And it also has some pride. I have conquered it. Okay. A long time ago, at least six years ago,

1:55.1

let's say at least five years ago, maybe six, maybe 10, somewhere in the 10 year range,

2:00.1

I was meditating and praying about how
