Hey, Free Trail fan, what's up? Welcome back to the show. Of course, I am your host Dylan Bowman. And today is part one

of the Gorge Waterfalls Deep Reef. Today we host the champions of the Gorge Waterfalls 100K, which

happened over the weekend, Hannah Allgood and David Laney for some fun conversations about their races, about their lives a little

bit, and about the rest of their respective seasons. I want to keep this introduction short because

quite frankly, I'm still exhausted from the weekend and I have a new appreciation for what

race directors of the world do for a living.

And while I am still a complete basket case, I am filled with love and gratitude from what was

an awesome weekend out in the Columbia River Gorge.

A huge shout out to Jeremy Long and Daybreak Racing for their stalwart organization of

the event.

Daybreak is really a world-class event organization company and we are so, so happy to work

with them and bring this race back to life.

Thank you also, of course, to Dave and Kevin from Speedland, the presenting

on site all weekend cheering on the athletes and being a big part of what was really a special,

special highlight of my career.

the races and which I have been running in all week.
