I used to see this all the time in my clinic where there would be a moment when somebody would all the sudden go from a place where the body's breaking down to a place where the body is building up.

But there is definitely, you know, when we look at like what makes somebody beautiful, we always think, oh, it's like a certain color hair, hair style are the way they, that the size they are, the number on the scale, I don't think that's what makes somebody beautiful. I think it's the healthy glow that makes people feel look beautiful. So you're you're sporting it today. Thank you, girl. And I will echo that to me also be about confidence. When you have confidence, you have a natural glow to you. Yep. And so the last one, I didn't have much confidence because when your hair is falling out, it's just really badly about your self. So that energy, I totally hear you. So So's go back to I was doing Ebu. My hair was falling out. You thought that part of the detox was actually taken out the healthy nutrients as well. And then just to recap, you know, I just, the way that I always look at putting a health puzzle together, which is what we did with you and what we're trying to give people an idea of how you do it, is that the first place we started with Lisa is she had tried everything. So, you know, and the problem with trying everything is it was all pieces.

It was like, each doctor was like, this is the way. And then the next doctor would be like, no, no, that doctor's wrong. This is the way, which I always say if you have a doctor that criticizes another doctor or says there's only one way, because what you need is a doctor that's going to collaborate and bring a whole healthcare team together in support of the person healing, which is what we did. So my first place was like, oh my god, you don't need any more one-offs. You need me to bring a team together of people that can actually put you into a healing state. So that was the first place I started with. The second place I started with is absolutely the body is always doing the right thing at the right time. So why would your gut be reacting to things that other guts aren't reacting to? Okay, is it a problem with like, is it should we get mad at the gut? And it's like, no, it hasn't figured out how to not react to this thing. So why is it, what is going on in the gut that is causing you to react to, um, you know, let us and other things. And it's like, okay, we have a gut that's out of balance and it's dealing with a big load. How can we lighten the load? So it's a little bit like when we're totally stressed out. Like a little bit of what happened again, when I realized I missed my point, my call with you, I had had a big morning. And so my brain was already under, it was fatigued and it was already under stress. So one other little piece of stress, and I messaged you and I was like, ah! I think something, I feel so bad. But if you had maybe it had been a Saturday afternoon, you probably would have gotten a calmer version of me because I wasn't already in a state of stress. So when it came to your gut, I was like, we need to lighten the load. We need to pull out whatever we can out of that gut so it stops reacting to everything. So that's when we went down the e-boop path because that was the thing that I know to be the quickest and the most effective. But when we did that before we move on to e-boot, e-boot just to make sure that I understand the answer to everybody. So basically you're saying when you have got issues, sometimes it can be the lost straw.
