it's something I experience and so find it incredibly easy to get stuck into the topic and feel I'm able to approach it from a perspective that will be helpful for anyone going through the same thing.

However, if you're listening to this and you have a hair issue that has nothing to do with your hair being fine.

Maybe it's the opposite problem. It has nothing to do with your hair thinning.
