Summary

We have spent many an episode looking into WHY we over drank in the first place.

We have also discussed at length WHAT tools might help you get and stay sober.

But in today's episode we want to teach you exactly HOW you should approach giving up booze.

(Basically...Hame read a book and he is pretty proud of himself!)

In all seriousness it is an absolute gem that was full of so many 'Ah-ha!' moments that he wanted to share what he learnt!

The book is Atomic Habits by James Clear and it offers a fascinating insight into the mechanics behind good and bad habits.

Vic and Hame share what habits they have found easy or hard to keep throughout their lives and talk about their different approaches to giving up their ultimate bad habit (barring perhaps Lindt balls) of drinking alcohol.

We hope you enjoy this episode in which, just by reading one book, they both somehow come acros far smarter than either of them ever will be!

Well, let me tell you the truth. I've just been to Sydney by myself. Okay. That changed everything. My phozyme was delayed an hour, which is kind of fantastic. I read a whole book. Delayed a flight plus one hour, one and a half hour flight. I read a whole book. It's taken me probably, well, Sunny's what, over a year old. I reckon I've read two books in his lifetime. Oh yeah. And then a book in three hours.
