I remember Lucy saying very early on in her sobriety, she would be out somewhere or going for a walk

and she'd suddenly say, oh, really fancy a red wine. Was that your choice? Was it red wine? It was red wine.

things have faded for me over the time. And now I feel a sense of relief when I have those feelings.
