and I'm certainly not telling you how to live your life, but life can be a lot sometimes. We're all

juggling multiple things, and sometimes it's hard to leap out of bed with a sense

of enthusiasm when the tasks that lie ahead seem overwhelming even before you've really opened your

eyes. And I wanted to do this episode now. It's been a while since I've done a habit,

but also because I just want to be really honest with you, I have found mornings a bit difficult recently.

The weather has been crappy and dull here in London.

I haven't been sleeping brilliantly.

And more than once, I've thought, what's the harm in watching Netflix in bed this morning when I should be getting up?

Well, the harm is that I have bills to pay, work to do,

a life to maintain, friends to see, and so much more. So it's really been on my mind a lot about

how I need to shift my thinking from a feeling of being overwhelmed, which makes me inert,

which makes me not do anything, to a feeling of being excited and optimistic about the day ahead and to kind

of strengthen that muscle of thinking, you know what, you're going to smash this, Emma,
