After the success of habit number 6 and intermittent fasting, I'm going to embark on another eating pattern that promises similar health benefits. While weight loss may be one side effect of the ketogenic diet, there's also a lot of evidence to suggest other physical and mental benefits such as improved clarity and increased physical endurance.
I'm a card-carrying yo-yoer, I succeed at restricted calorie intake and intense exercise that eventually becomes unsustainable and am keen to find a way of eating that gives me long-term health benefits and helps me look the way I feel happy with without being an all-or-nothing approach.
