It is. So yeah, I wanted to be active and exercise more that kind of stuff, but the thing that really made me start to pay attention to exactly what I was doing to my body

was the kind of development of IBS, you know, the horrendous bloating, terrible cramping, the bad wind, all the glamorous stuff.

And yes, I kind of went to my doctor. He said, oh, sounds like it could be IBS, just a GP.

And, you know, he said, have you tried looking at certain elements of your diet? And I thought, no.

And I was very much led towards certain people's blogs and they spoke about going gluten free to help their gut.
