about labels and I want to share a perspective that I think could be helpful if you're giving

yourself a label right now in this current season of life that you're in that's not

really producing the thoughts that you want to be thinking or the emotions that you want

to be having or even provoking the actions that you want to be taking to get you wherever

you want to go.

So, to kind of unpack this, I caught myself saying that I feel like I'm busy.

I'm a busy person right now.

I was giving myself this label of being busy and maybe you can connect with that that maybe

you're saying that right now.

And I noticed that a lot of people reacting to this self-imposed label.

Girlfriends were texting me, you know, I know you're really busy, but I have this question

or I wanted to catch up with you.

People were DMing me on Instagram, I know you're super busy, but I wanted to run this idea
