| 0:40.0 | Know what your limits are. Know what helps you feel safe. What helps you feel healed. |

| 0:58.0 | This is a supportive therapy to be used as part of a wholesome plan for your recovery from trauma to help you release trauma. |
| 1:15.0 | There is no right way to release trauma on our own journey and allow yourself to walk your journey. |

| 1:31.0 | Before we begin, find a comfortable place in which to practice. |
| 1:41.0 | This could be a chair or it could also be your bed. One of the aims of this meditation is your sleep, so your bed is quite suitable. |
| 1:55.0 | Dress in loose clothing. Bring intention to your practice. Allow this intention to be gentle. |
| 2:07.0 | Be kind to yourself. Allow your journey. |
| 2:15.0 | Remember self-care along the way. When you are ready, we will begin. |
| 2:27.0 | Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 2:39.0 | Release your body, relax your body, allowing the journey right now. |
| 2:47.0 | Each time we practice meditation, the process of release, the journey of relaxation is going to be different. |
| 3:01.0 | That's okay. There is not a right way to do this. |
| 3:11.0 | Be kind to yourself, accept your journey and commend yourself for taking the time to practice. |
| 3:27.0 | One of the ways we start to walk through the journey of trauma is to practice grounding ourselves, finding resources that help us to feel safe, grounded, help us communicate with our inner child. |
