| 0:35.3 | Before we start, dress in comfortable, loose clothing, perhaps your pajamas, prepare the space, |
| 0:44.9 | set the intention for lucid dreaming, healing, dreams being aware of your dreams and when you're ready, |

| 1:15.9 | Start by having the intention to be in this space, in this place. Be aware of your physical body, your arms, your legs. |

| 1:39.7 | Feeling a sense of physical awareness and conscious awareness. Notice the pattern of your breath |

| 3:34.1 | perhaps it is just the ambience. Picture the place, picture yourself there, present in this place. |
| 3:50.1 | Visualize, imagine yourself walking in this place. |
| 3:55.0 | Walking slowly, stepping slowly in this peaceful, serene, atmospheric place. This is a safe place, |
