Peace must be cultivated within

if you ever expect to find it in the outside world.

This meditation is here to help you develop

that sense of inner peace and harmony.

So try repeating it daily, first thing in the the morning to reduce stress, improve focus,

and enjoy a more positive, grounded outlook on life.

You can begin by finding a nice comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.

Once you're settled, take a nice deep breath, filling all the way up into your chest and down

into your diaphragm. And then exhale, release.

And as you let the air go,

gently close your eyes.

Okay. And now that your eyes are closed, make it your intention to put the outside world away just for the next few minutes.

Be here now with yourself.

And enjoy this time to explore and be present with your inside world.

Just begin to notice what's going on in that world right now.

Try to observe your body and mind without judgment, without trying to change it.
