| 0:55.0 | That samadhi has a kind of sweet quality to it. And maybe in case the word sweetness doesn't have such |

| 1:05.0 | there are other words that speak to the goodness that comes with samadhi. |
| 1:13.1 | It can be, there can be a feeling of beauty. |
| 1:19.4 | And feelings of beauty that come with it. |
| 1:24.5 | More classically, people talk about their being joy, gladness, happiness, sometimes bliss, |
| 1:35.3 | and more simple and maybe a little more humble way of saying the same words is there can be |
| 1:40.1 | pleasure, that samadhi involves pleasure, that something starts becoming very pleasant |
| 1:48.9 | as the state of samadhi begins to develop. And at first it might be something very specific, |
| 1:56.1 | like there might be a feeling of pleasure |
| 2:01.6 | and it seems to irradiate or come with the experience of breathing. |
| 2:06.6 | Sometimes the experience of breathing can feel like it's just beautiful. |
| 2:10.6 | There's a beauty to it. |
| 2:13.6 | It could be that there's a tingling and warmth and joy, maybe kind of similar to what happened |
| 2:20.3 | if you had a half smile and a little bit of, you know, turned up the corners of your mouth. |
| 2:27.3 | There might be a little bit of kind of delight that, physical delight that appears maybe in the eyes or the cheeks or someplace. |
| 2:40.1 | So this idea of, I'm calling it sweetness today, and that sweetness can start to be pervasive. |
