At some point, as the mindfulness gets stronger, the sensitivity gets stronger, the momentum of the practice gets stronger, that's what we

feel is the momentum or we feel the movement of the practice or we feel the way or the

place in which the practice is growing or the place or the place in which the practice is growing,

or the place that feels onward leading,

that there's a place, there's a feeling that yes,

something is happening here, and it's good, and it's good

and it's good to stay with it

to be kind of very simplistic about it

feeling the muscles tense in some way
